Genuinely one of the most sinister things to watch happen in the media coverage of Ukraine is the gradual yet perceptible shift from furiously denying there’s any Nazis in Ukraine and trying to photoshop/cut out the blatant fascist iconography everywhere, to them just openly, transparently publicizing Nazis and putting the entire esoteric language of the SS on display in 4K. Like they really just gave up and said “yeah there’s Nazis in Ukraine, what are you gonna do about it?”
