Michael: Everyone who has encountered an entity has suffered horrifically. Except for Joshua Gillespie, of course.
Eleanor: Who’s Joshua Gillespie?
Michael: He used critical thinking and a supernatural ability to mind his own business to avoid being trapped in the Buried.
Michael points to a framed photo on the wall of a white man wearing a dazed look, and says, “That’s him right there.” The screen zooms in to the photo so the nameplate beneath reads “Joshua Gillespie.” Michael adds, “He’s pretty famous around here.”
