Job hunting is so depressing these days

A Burger King application asked me how I felt about staying more than 1 hour after my shift ended to do the job right without extra pay and the choices were

1. I would not be willing to stay late

2. Only in emergency situations

3. WHATEVER IT TAKES (in all caps)

I applied at red lobster and it asked me to input my “expected starting wage” and the “example” given was lower than minimum wage

basically I feel like these questionnaires are trying to figure out how little you value yourself as a person

the petsmart thing is real i applied for their overnight gig (which i am more than qualified for) but my personality test said i was ‘rebellious’ and i never got a call back
