yesterday one of my high school aged coworkers asked me if i knew what a “meme” was
i used to like visiting my relatives down in north carolina because if you went outside there would be little frogs on trees and stuff. like, frogs in the wild.
now i realized how racist and shit my relatives are so i don’t visit them with my grandma but i miss the frogs
potato pancakes are one of mankind’s greatest culinary achievements
i’m like 70% sure that in six months this whole fiasco is going to be remembered alongside other tumblr site drama as “lmao remember that time staff tried to censor all nsfw content and we all threatened to go to newgrounds” and we’re still going to be blogging as usual
however, tumblr ending jokes are really hot right now so i need to cash in on all those notes
so today i found out there’s a stardew valley app and hoo boy i do not need another time sink
and yet...
since tumblr seems to be flagging text posts as nsfw it means we need to go back to the livejournal/fanfiction.net days of real fuckin weird euphemisms
in a move that surprises exactly zero (0) people tumblr somehow deletes all unflagged posts once december 17 rolls around
there’s really no other site that is going to deliver a constant stream of nonstop weird bullshit straight into my brain and validate me constantly. where else am i gonna go? instagram? that’s pictures and shit. i don’t produce pictures. twitter? and their draconian character limits? i’d have to fucking workshop each tweet like i’m editing an essay just to be able to get it to fit. newgrounds? fucking newgrounds? i’m here until i die, baby.
just so you guys know a photoset of feet (showing the details on a painting where the subject is wearing sandals) is flagged. so no weird foot stuff anymore i guess.
