In the The Rise of Skywalker flashback, where Rey’s parents are murdered, Rey looks about 6 years old. Therefore:
~21 ABY - Rey’s parents die
If Sidious procreated during the beginning of Revenge of the Sith, his son would have been ~40 years old by the time he died.
However, does this guy look 40 to you? No. The actor, Billy Howle, was 29 during production, so it makes it hard to believe his character was 40 galactic standard years old at this point.
Therefore, we unfortunately have to conclude that Palpatine was getting laid post face melt.
