so i’m looking though star wars fanfiction like a fucking nerd and several times i’ve seen “OC is a psychologist hired to help Darth Vader/Kylo Ren/etc” and it’s so fucking funny to me. it’s some sort of weird fanfiction trope.the idea that in the star wars universe someone looks at their mass murdering fascist coworkers and goes “i’m gonna make them go to therapy” is the funniest fucking possible thing. darth vader is chilling in his lava doom lair and a fucking psychologist shows up. peak humor.
kylo ren: kills and tortures entire villages, helps destroy planets, kills his own dad, working to establish a fascist dictatorship, etc
