i dont get how people can just memorize stuff for more than 30 minutes at a time. im barely scraping by in latin 102 because the professor is just like “memorize all these vocab words!” and im like…sir i can not do that. i physically can not. i spend hours with flashcards and writing them down while saying it out loud and then the next day that’s gone. he’ll be like “okay so remember these words and how to conjugate this from two weeks ago” and im like absolutely not.
