im going to fucking scream. i measured and converted 41 fucking temples and buildings from this dude’s scale maps. they’re wrong. his scales are wrong. i have to do this ALL over again because the fuckin dude couldn’t accurately map shit.
i showed my professor too in case i had messed up the measurements or was looking at it wrong and she looked at it for a while with me and pulled out OTHER books and we found out he just…got lazy and didn’t accurately transfer the measurements. he just fuckin rounded up and down.
at which point i hit my head against the wall and she walked over, put her hand on my shoulder, and went “Welcome to the rest of your life in classics. It gets worse.”
