also throwback to when i actually considered cheating on a latin test last year by writing the stuff i needed to memorize on the top of my book because i was so fucking desperate to not fail. but then i realized “this won’t all fit. i’ll just do shorthand.” and halfway through memorizing shorthand abbreviations for terms and endings i was like “wait…this is just studying. im studying. this is literally what i need to do to pass.” and i did.
