futurama is such a great show though remember when fox cancelled it and then it got picked back up again by comedy central and the first episode they aired started with this
one of my favorite parts of futurama is the episode where they visit an alien planet and and it looks like ancient egypt and fry is like “wow it looks like egypt” and they were like “yeah we visited egypt a long time ago” and fry was like the ancient alien conspiracy thing was RIGHT and then the alien continues like “yeah we really liked their whole aesthetic. they taught us how to build pyramids.”
