i know everyone loves scooby doo and the witch’s ghost and zombie island but as a kid i fucking hated those movies. the entire point! of scooby doo! is that the “ghosts” and “monsters” are fake and just greedy fucks trying to scare people! i was furious when those movies came out and the twist was “ohoho monsters are real!” like fuck off that is NOT the spirit of scooby doo and little me was NOT having that.
