@morgynleri me too but also be careful about eating raw steak when it isn’t fresh!! fresh af raw meat is safe to eat, it’s the same concept as fish; the longer it’s been dead the more likely it is to have parasites and diseases that have wiggled their ways into it. Cooking the steak kills these parasites and diseases, but the less you cook it the more likely you are to be exposed to disease (but honestly anything after medium is p safe unless you’re sick already).

@polydemikaldurahm I think from top to bottom it’s bleu rare (which is barely cooked, literally just browning the outside and putting it on a plate) rare, medium rare, medium, done, and well done. The last three can also be referred to as “nasty.”
