Last night I fell asleep listening to Welcome to Night Vale, and had a dream that Cecil was repeatedly broadcasting the radio station’s address with a message along the lines of “come to the Night Vale Community Radio station if you want an ass kicking.” Talking about how he was feeling violent and he wanted to fight someone and didn’t care who.
Every time anyone showed up he’d get scared, turn off the lights, hide under the desk, and pretend not to be there until they left. As soon as they were gone he went right back to it.
I’m pretty sure you were picking up an actual broadcast.
